Lazy Langkawi

So it’s been 2 and half weeks without underpants,
and life is good.

In other news, I’ve been spending my days relaxing on the island of Langkawi.
The days are spent with not much doing and life at a slow pace.

What’s the plan from here?

Well, I’m not really sure. In my typical lack-of-planning way, I’m simply taking things as they come.
Possibilities exist; a sojourn south to Penang; or North to Koh Lipe; or a train ride to Bangkok; maybe keep riding the train all the way to Chiang Mai.

It’s really just a matter of timing and what destination draw my attention.

There are places I want to see, the people I need to see.
There is a plethora of life awaiting in a myriad of different directions.
And there’s Here, right Now.
This current locale in the gigantic and mysterious universe, where I exist.
It’s quite a nice place.
The view as I write this is a green field with wandering cattle, grazing lazily. Tall leafy trees beyond. White birds take flight, and fly through the air.
The weather is warm, and the breeze is nice.
And my only thoughts are, man is it good to be here.

Simply existing.
How fortunate to be alive.
How lucky to have the life I have.
How beautiful life is, in even the simplest of moments.

No much doing.
Just being me.

Right Here,

Right Now.

Yep, today is a good day.
